Head Chef
Our Head Chef Steve Ramsden is classically trained with some of the industry greats, resulting in a unique culinary experience. His menus are based around locally sourced produce and this is displayed in the choice of suppliers to Peckforton Castle. We use the Cheshire Smoke House, Burrows the award winning butcher in Bunbury, Williams of Flint for their Welsh Black Beef and fresh produce from the local farms.
