Brasserie Staff  - £6.70 per hour

Duties will include serving food and drink, clearing and resetting tables, keeping the work area clean and tidy and other associated tasks as required.

Education/Qualifications/Training - Essential: GCSE's
                                                  Desirable: Any hospitality qualifications, Driving licence, basic food hygiene.

Skills & Knowledge - Essential: Basic food & Drink Knowledge

Experience - Desirable: Previous experience in similar hotel

Appearance & Disposition - Essential: Well Presented, calm under pressure, work as part of a team
                                         Desirable: Ambition to progress

Personality & General Intelligence: Essential: Friendly, chatty, outgoing
                                                   Desirable: Able to use initiative, ability to learn

Physical Requirements & Special Circumstances - Essential: Flexible working hours (late nights/early morning)

Kitchen Porter - Part time

  • To assist in the running and managing of a section of back of house
  • To ensure that all kitchens are of an exceptional standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • To complete cleaning jobs in the allocated time
  • Awareness and implementation of waste controls
  • Manage tasks as per cleaning schedule, and ensure that tasks are completed to the standard required
  • Understand the different crockery and cutlery for all areas of the business
  • Adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programmes
  • Fully understand how their role contributes to the success of their department
  • Ensure procedures are carefully followed at all times
  • Be uncompromising in achieving company standards
  • Accept full accountability for their own performance and actions
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and demonstrate effective time management
  • Report directly into the Sous Chef on duty

Linen Porter - NMW, Part Time

House Keeping and Linen Porter posts available. Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Duties include maintaining public areas and bedrooms and related duties as required. No live-in available. Must have access to transport due to hotel location.
