My bf and I stayed here on the 16th Feb as we wanted to stay somewhere different than just a normal hotel. When I learnt you could stay at the castle I was in utter amazement!! My dreams and fantasies had all come true!! I was that excited I could not sleep for two wks for the build up... When we pulled up outside the gatehouse I wanted to abandon my car and pull up in a horse and carriage instead! Lets just say my imadgination ran away with me and my heart took over, and I just wanted to be in fancy dress as I truly felt I had gone back in time. The castle was outstanding to look at, the food was fantastic, the service was just unbelievable. This was a magical night and went far too fast for me but I cannot wait to come back with the whole family. The pictures do not do it justice, you just have to see it yourself. Truly amazing experience and would recommend it to everyone!!but then again I might not as I want to keep this a secret for myself :O) thanks everyone at Peckforton Castle.x

Dear Julie I feel I should write and say a huge thank you for all your hard work and support over the two days. Our customers were completely blown away by the castle and the suppliers were extremely impressed as well. All of the conference staff were fantastic, especially Melvin who stoked the fires all day and brought us copious amounts of tea and coffee. He was cheerful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would be very happy if you could pass these comments to his manager. Sophie and I loved our Teddy Bears and we would not hesitate to use the Castle as a venue again. Once again thank you to all the staff who made our visit such a wonderful experience. We got married at Peckforton Castle on 2nd January 2010. We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to you all at Peckforton Castle for making our wedding day (the most important day of our lives) so special. Our guest's said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that the castle blew them all away, as did the delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the day - it was just perfect! A special thank you has to go to Louise who kept the day running smoothly and was on hand for anything we required, nothing was too much trouble. We have pledged that we will come and stay at the castle every Wedding Anniversary. Thank you again for making our wedding day so much more than we ever expected it to be! Natalie & Colin xx

WOW!!!! what a fantastic place. I surprised my wife on Valentines weekend and took her to a wonderful place, wish we knew about this 2 years ago as we would loved to get married their. The staff are first class and go that extra mile for you. it's was that good we have booked again for our wedding anniversary. Food was first class too. see you all again soon.

Dear Claire We came to the Castle on Saturday 13th February 2010, and had a lovely evening. The Castle is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the staff should win awards for customer service. We were disappointed not to be able to stay, and wanted to book a short break next week. Again we were unlucky, as our free time is during the half term break. Thank ypu for arranging the competition, I was very lucky to win it - I don't usually enter competitions, but I am glad I tried that day. i have just spent 2 nights at Peckferton castle and the only word to describe the experience is "Amazing". The staff,accommodation,setting and food were excellent. my husband took me for my 50th birthday and it was the best birthday i have had. many thanks.

Hi Lucy In a word ‘Amazing’! Thanks to the management and all the staff at Peckforton Castle for helping to make the most important day of our lives so unforgettable. Special thanks to Mark Crawford and the other duty managers who took care of all our requirements so professionally. From our arrival on Wednesday to our departure on Friday morning the standard of service and facilities surpassed our expectations. The food was sensational both at the wedding breakfast and also at the buffet in the cellar bar that evening. The kids in our party found the castle magical and were fascinated by the peacocks. We would have no hesitation in recommending the castle to any of our friends for similar functions and only hope that they would invite us to join them.
