The menus are brimming with fine dining options, some classic with a modern twist and others as full of imagination as they are flavour. Holder of 3 AA Rosettes and a Taste Cheshire Award, the 1851 Restaurant treats diners to a gastronomic extravaganza. Featuring carefully selected, locally grown and reared produce, all hand-picked by Executive Head Chef Mark Burke to best reflect the season and the region.
