Experience the true taste of the season as we unveil our new Autumn Menu at the 1851 Restaurant.
This exclusive evening celebrates the rich, comforting flavours of autumn — crafted from the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
To mark the launch, guests will enjoy a complimentary wine flight, carefully selected by our sommelier to perfectly pair with each course.

Price is per person / per ticket (£75 per person. Reduced from £125)
(Complimentary wine flight for locals worth £50pp)
Terms & Conditions – All guests will dine off chefs set seven course tasting menu. All guests will receive the wine flight within ticket price. All guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their table time. Any additional drinks/courses must be settled directly on the night. Tickets are non-refundable/exchangeable.
