Cancellation Policy & Check-In

Check-in is from 3:00pm and checkout time is 10:30am. Unfortunately the hotel cannot guarantee access to your room prior to 3:00pm.

Full payment required at the time of booking. Please contact the hotel by 12 noon 28 days prior to arrival if you wish to cancel. Should you cancel within the cancellation period, a cancellation fee of £50.00 per night will be retained.

If you cancel after the cancellation period the full payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
