Operating, Opening & Closing
Hot Tub Rules are displayed at the side of the hot tub. They must be followed. Failure to do so will result in charges being applied. Using the hot tub outside of the times applied will incur a £100 charge. Any breakages on the hot tub will be charged according to the repair. Below is a list of cosmetic damages and the charge associated:
Lid Damage beyond repair – £499.00 (Replacement)
Clip Damage – £10.99 per clip + £30 labor charge
Litter/Foreign object found in tub/filter – £99 Empty/Refill & Lab Chemical Testing Fee.
Staining to hot tub (Non Permanent) – £149.00 Empty/Refill fee, Solvent stain removal cleaning & Lab Chemical Testing Fee.
Staining to hot tub (Permanent) – POA – The cost to return to its original state will be applied.
Broken Glass/Plastic – Starting £299.00 – Requires professional system maintenance. It may require replacement parts which would be added to the £299.00 callout fee.
The hot tub is maintained by our trained maintenance/gardening team. The team will be present daily between 9am-Midday. This is to ensure the water remains at safe levels. In between each check in, the water is drained and chemically treated. If the hot tub levels become unsafe, the clips will remain locked. We hold no liability to compensate for the hot tub being out of use, however, we will aim to fix it and correct it at the earliest opportunity.
