The 1851 Restaurant offers a unique dining experience, featuring classical French and modern British cuisine. The menus are brimming with fine dining options, some classic with a modern twist and others as full of imagination as they are flavour. Holder of 3 AA Rosettes and a Taste Cheshire Award, the 1851 Restaurant treats diners to a gastronomic extravaganza. Featuring carefully selected, locally grown and reared produce, all hand-picked by Executive Head Chef Jason Hodnett to best reflect the season and the region.

Open daily from 6pm. Lunch available from 12pm on Sundays. Reservations are open to both hotel guests and all other visitors. Please note under 16s are only allowed in our 2010 Brasserie during evening service.
