Brasserie Staff  - £6.90 per hour

Duties will include:

  • Serving food and drink.
  • Clearing and resetting tables.
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
  • Other associated tasks as required.

1 Chef De Partie

We are looking to recruit a Chef De Parties’ to work within our 2010 Brasserie kitchen. The Brasserie offers an extensive menu of light meals such as paninis, classic and modern sandwiches and soup to more filling offerings such as fish and chips and braised local beef. Afternoon tea is also a Brasserie speciality.

Duties include:

  • Planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food
  • You will be working as part of a team in our kitchen so must be used to working under pressure in a busy and demanding role.

Uniform provided. Own transport required due to location of the business. No live in available.
